Step 1: Access the Identity Verification Portal


After logging into your DecodeEX account, you can find the identity verification portal on the homepage.

Step 2: Gather the Required Materials


Before starting the verification process, ensure you have the following:
A valid personal identity document (passport, birth certificate, driving license, or ID card).
Proof of a valid address issued within the last 3 months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).


Step 3: Start the Certification Process


Begin the verification process by clicking on the "Verify Now" button within the portal.

Step 4: Provide Identity Information

Actions required:

  • Fill in Basic Information
  • Select a Valid Document for Verification
  • Upload a Selfie

Step 5: Provide Proof of Address


Upload a copy of your most recent bill or other official document that confirms your current address.

Fill in any additional required information, including basic personal details and your investment experience.

Step 7: Submit Your Application


Once all information is provided and documents are uploaded, submit your application. The DecodeEX team will review your submission within 3 working days.

After your submission is reviewed, the verification status will be displayed in the Personal Center of your DecodeEX account.
